The recent CRGS Sixth Form Freshers Fair promoted the wide range of extra-curricular clubs and societies to new Year 12 students, encouraging them to get involved in school life. They can join clubs that run parallel with their A Levels or conversely something completely different.
2021 has by no stretch of the imagination been an “ordinary year” and after being regrettably cancelled in 2020, this year’s Freshers Fair needed to exceed all standards.
… And it certainly did not disappoint! With a record number of clubs and societies being advertised, the new Year 12 students were incredibly spoiled for choice. From History Society to Rocket Club, and Japanese to MedSoc, there were even stalls for the recently upgraded Senior Student Leadership Team and opportunities for new clubs to be established. With lots of Year 12 students eager to sign up for multiple extracurricular activities, the 2021 Sixth Form Freshers Fair was, by all counts, proclaimed to be a huge success!
