We were delighted to be able to host 23 professionals to offer 27 Year 13 students two practice interviews at CRGS Sixth Form.
What better way to prepare for your future – than to put yourself in a potentially uncomfortable situation, to help you be more comfortable, when faced with a university/apprenticeship/job interview in the future?
Our students rose to the challenge and impressed their interviewers who gave them a 30-minute interview session, including feedback to take forwards to their second interview and any future interviews.
We would like to thank all our interviewers, who were a mix of parents, alumni, governors, friends of the school and local and national business leaders. It was a pleasure to host such a positive event and such a wide range of professionals.
The session has really inspired our students who gained valuable experience and advice, as well as more knowledge about career routes and options.
