On the evening of Tuesday 25th September we welcomed parents and carers of Year 12 students to Clitheroe Royal Grammar School Sixth Form.
Two presentations were delivered – the first, by Mr Keulemans, Mr Powell, Mrs Johnston and our Head Girl and Head Boy. This focused on Sixth Form systems and procedures, the wide range of enrichment opportunities and the differences between A Level and GCSE. The second presentation, delivered by Senior Tutors, ably assisted by members of our Student Leadership Team, focused on the role of the Senior Tutor (and colleagues) in supporting students.
Copies of the presentation slides have been sent out via Insight and we hope that they prove useful. A Supporting Success booklet has been given to students for any parents/carers who were unable to attend the evening.
Should parents/carers have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to get in touch and ask to speak to your son’s/daughter’s Senior Tutor in the first instance. They will be happy to help.
