As part of Well-being Week at the Sixth Form, Year 13 students have had the opportunity to become involved in a variety of stress-breaking activities in the run-up to their exams, including 7–a–side football, chess and yoga classes. Others embraced their creativity by making greetings cards and bookmarks, with one of the most popular activities being mindfulness colouring. There was also a very competitive quiz. A fun and relaxing time was had by all and, later in the week, students will have the opportunity to take part in a workshop aimed at developing strategies to reduce any exam-related anxiety.
