Students from years 7-10 were encouraged to take part in the Liverpool Maths Challenge over the February half term. They had to answer up to 7 questions, giving very detailed answers and over 50 students from CRGS submitted an entry.
For years 7 and 8, there were over 1300 entries from 126 schools. Tilia Booth-Tian, Year 8, has been awarded a certificate of merit.
For years 9 and 10, there were over 700 entries from 126 schools. Thomas Watterson, Year 10, was highly commended.
Both students have been invited to a presentation evening at Liverpool University in May.
A fantastic achievement!
