A GCSE Mindset and Wellbeing Day took place recently for our Year 10 students. The normal timetable was collapsed for the day and students took part in bespoke workshops that focused on topics such as ‘How to Reach Your Potential at GCSE’, ‘Stoicism, Seated Yoga and Mindfulness’, ‘Self-esteem and Resilience’ and ‘Equality and Diversity’ as well as ‘Neurographical Art’ (pictured). Students learned a valuable array of strategies which we know will support them over the coming years.
