Year 8 students recently took part in their annual Wellbeing Day. The range of activities over the course of the day included: practising stress management techniques; raising self-confidence and resilience; dealing with conflict; the use of language and development of social skills; orienteering and taking part in a guided nature walk. Some of our newly appointed Year 10 Peer Mentors helped the Year 8 students on the day and a large number of staff helped with the organisation.
A big thank you and well done to everyone who was involved.
