On Tuesday 2nd April, we held our annual inter-house Easter Bake Off competition, where students were asked to bake six Easter-themed cupcakes of their choice, which would be judged on taste and experience. The turnout was impressive; we were delighted to see the huge amount of effort students had put into their baking and we very much enjoyed tasting the cakes.
The entries were judged by staff in the Main School throughout the day and the competition proved to be a great success. We had some outstanding entries and are proud of all the students who took part in the competition this year.
Furthermore, on Wednesday 3rd April, a group of students who had entered the competition also visited High Brake House, a care home in Clitheroe and distributed a selection of the entries. The cupcakes were gratefully received and the students were praised for their hard work and for how lovely their cupcakes looked. A huge well done to everyone involved!
